Rental Rates

Summer rates:  From Good Friday to 30th September we operate a minimum stay of 4 nights at £95/night ie. Minimum rental cost: £380.

But for stays of 1 week= £600

Winter rates: From 1st October to Good Friday a minimum of 2 night stays applies at £85/night so minimum rental cost: £170

6 nights = £500 with 7th night free.

For stays including The Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed events, there is a minimum price of £600 with extra nights charged at the usual rate of £95.

Longer stays possible by arrangement.

We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
