Rental Rates

Summer rates:  From Good Friday to 30th September we operate a minimum stay of 4 nights at £105/night ie. Minimum rental cost: £420

But for stays of 1 week= £630

Winter rates: From 1st October to Good Friday a minimum of 2 night stays applies at £95/night so minimum rental cost: £190

6 nights = £570 with 7th night free.

For stays including The Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed events, there is a minimum price of £735 with extra nights charged at the usual rate of £105

Longer stays possible by arrangement.

Payment by electronic bank transfer - please contact owner for details.

We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
