My family were lucky enough to purchase this property in early 2015. We were brought up in nearby West Wittering and therefore know the area well, having walked, cycled, ridden horses and sailed here for over 50 years. There are maps, restaurant details, ideas for things to do locally in The Sail Loft, and we are happy to give restaurant, pub, walks, activities recommendations. 

The Sail Loft is self-catering accommodation but all cooking equipment, bedding, towels, shower mat, dishcloths, cleaning materials are provided. There is a toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment and hob and oven in the apartment and a washing machine downstairs in the garage. 

There is wifi and a TV with DVD player.

You are welcome to use the garden and garden furniture and it's just the place for a long, leisurely breakfast if the sun is shining.  There is secure storage for bikes in the garage if you would like to bring them. There is undercover parking upon request and ample parking for a boat trailer.

It is a quiet, rural area; you will hear birds and the occasional cockerel (not too close!).

Because the access to The Sail Loft is up an external staircase, we regret it is not suitable for those with impaired mobility who are unable to climb stairs or children. We prefer a maximum of 2 guests.
